This well-deserved break allows our team to reset and be ready to tackle our 2024 workload with renewed focus and motivation.

However, we regularly encounter clients who believe our workshop being temporarily closed over Christmas will bring our workflow to a screeching halt, but the opposite is true.

HOLDING OFF ON YOUR DEPOSIT AND PROGRESS PAYMENTS CAN DISRUPT YOUR PROJECT’S FORECASTED TIMELINE

We understand the Christmas break can be a stressful, costly time, between catching up with loved ones, buying presents, and possibly travelling.

While you may be inclined to hold onto your deposit and progress payments until our workshop reopens in January, you should view our holiday closure only as disruptive as a weekend. We want to reassure our clients and potential clients that paying their deposit and progress payments before the Christmas break is the best way to ensure their project completion is on time.

For clients who have started their design process with us, paying your progress payment means we can source the necessary materials and either begin manufacturing your custom cabinetry and joinery or, at the very least, have your materials on order and delivered in time for our reopening.

This means we can continue manufacturing your project immediately in January.

Should you hold off on your progress payment, we won’t be able to order your materials until January, which will set your project’s completion time back.
