WARRANTY

We recommend to all of our customers that they register their stone for warranty as soon as the project is completed. Depending on which stone you had installed please click on the brand below to do this or if you are unsure please get in touch so we can help.

CARE & MAINTENANCE TIPS

 

GRANITE & MARBLE BENCH TOPS

  • Take care to avoid staining as granite and marble can be quite porous

  • Avoid contact with bleach, ammonia and lemon juice

  • To treat spills immediately wipe with warm soapy water and a damp cloth

  • For any stubborn stains there are a range of cleaners available from the supermarket of try 50% methylated spirits and 50% water

RECONSTITUTED STONE TOPS

  • To treat spills immediately wipe with warm soapy water and a damp cloth

  • Use a cream cleanser for stubborn stains

2 PAC PAINTED DOORS

  • Fairly durable surface however take care to avoid scratching and staining

  • To enhance gloss and remove fingerprints use a microfibre cloth

  • To treat spills immediately wipe with warm soapy water and a lint-free/microfibre cloth

  • For more stubborn stains use a damp cloth with a quality spray and wipe type cleaner

  • Never use solvent-based cleaning products

  • Touch up paint can be used to make minor repairs (for example a chip in the paint)

  • Clean with a quality spray and wipe or warm soapy water

  • Use microfibre cloths without chemicals to achieve a streak free, smudge free finish

  • Never use a scourer, cleanser or abrasive cloth

GLASS SPLASHBACKS

  • Never use scourers or abrasive cloths as they will damage the surface

  • Never place hot objects, electrical appliances or pots onto your benchtop

  • Always use a cutting board

  • Check the undersides of your plates to ensure they are glazed

  • Do not use strongly acidic alkaline cleaners or bleach
